We are excited to announce that our lab relocation has been successfully completed, and our new setup for manufacturing ultra-high-accuracy fiber arrays is now fully operational! This marks a significant milestone for MicroAlign, but the journey to get here was not without its challenges.
The relocation and setup process required a combination of innovative, out-of-the-box thinking and several rounds of process optimization to ensure everything was aligned for our specific needs. Overcoming these hurdles has made this achievement all the more rewarding.
A special thanks goes to our dedicated MicroAligner, Jaap Verheggen, who was the mastermind behind the design of this setup. From the initial concept to the final result, Jaap’s ingenuity and hard work made this breakthrough possible.
Looking ahead, our focus now shifts to developing and fine-tuning the manufacturing process to meet the ultra-high accuracy standards required for our first fiber arrays. This next phase will be critical in ensuring that our products deliver the performance needed for applications like photonic quantum computing.
