Job Description: MicroAlign is developing revolutionary technology capable of aligning multiple optical fibers within fiber arrays, independently and simultaneously. MicroAlign is employing such an alignment technology to realize ultra-high accuracy fiber arrays. This is a full-time on-site role for a Research And Development Manager at MicroAlign in Eindhoven. The Manager will be responsible for leading R&D projects, managing research teams, and providing leadership for innovative developments.

 

Qualifications

• Research and Development (R&D), Research, and Project Management skills
• Team Management and Team Leadership abilities
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a technology-driven environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in project planning and execution
• Experience in the technology or engineering industry is preferred
• PhD’s degree in a related field such as Engineering or Science and related to Photonics.
