Job Description:

MicroAlign is developing revolutionary technology capable of aligning multiple optical fibers within fiber arrays, independently and simultaneously. In 2024 MicroAlign will employ the alignment technology to realize ultra-high accuracy fiber arrays. We are looking for a production engineer that can support us to structure and implement our production strategy!

Responsibilities:

• Designing and Implementing Production Processes

• Quality Control

• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:

• Scaling Production

• Documentation and Reporting
