High Accuracy Fiber Arrays

MicroAlign’s fiber arrays are engineered for ultra-high-precision fiber-to-chip coupling in photonic integrated circuits (PICs), quantum computing, sensing, and advanced optical systems.

Our patented active micro-manipulation technology enables nanometer-level fiber positioning accuracy delivering repeatable, scalable, and production-ready fiber array solutions.

  • Extreme accurate core pitch position ±100nm per fiber pitch accuracy 
  • 180, 250 or 254 μm pitch 
  • 8 up to 32 fibers, several fiber lengths 
  • Polishing angles for edge or surface coupling 
  • FC, LC or MPO connector interface 
  • UPC or APC connector polishing style  
  • Wavelengths ranging from UV to infrared (coming soon) 
  • Specialty fibers for visible wavelengths (coming soon)
